Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you are getting drops of blood while using latrine, that may not be vaginal blood.
Constipation is a common complaint in pregnancy.
It can occur due to slowing of bowel movements under progesterone effect.
Constipation can lead to straining during stools and passage of blood in stools.
So, better to get examined once to find out the origin of spotting.
If it is due to constipation, you can go for local applicant creams, if needed laxatives with your doctor's advice.
Dietary modifications like taking high fiber diet, plenty of water etc can help to some extent.
If that is vaginal bleed, get examined to rule out cervical changes.
Undergo ultrasound once to monitor the well being of the baby.
Take care.
