I have noted your symptoms. You require detailed evaluation.
The possibilities include a respiratory problem such as
asthma, or a cardiac problem- poor pumping of heart.
In addition, we also need to exclude a diagnosis of
sleep apnea.
Investigations such as pulmonary function tests,
echocardiogram and sleep studies would help in making a correct diagnosis. After that, the correct treatment can be started and you can have normal sleep again.
