What Is The Cause Of Breathlessness?

Hi sir, I am 24 yrs old boy weighing 50 kg. Sometimes i feel breathlessness, too much yawning, heaviness in chest,gastric problem. i am confused whether its due to gastric or soem heart problem is it.Thanks in advance.Am in Hyderabad,also if you can suggest some good doctor for it.Thanks sir.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be allergic condition and this might be trigger with the emotional stress in my opinion you need to get done the blood work to rule out the allergic disorders, and try to keep the stress level low, this is not the cardiac condition, have a nice day.
