What Is The Cause Of Breathlessness?

Doctor, Sometime I am passing blood in my motion. This occurs once in a month and sometime twice a month. Once it occurs it last for 2 to 3 days. During that time I develop severe pain in my knee joints and also feeling very tired, especially when climbing staires feeling breathless. What could be the cause my problem?

You need to get examined by a general surgeons to see if you are suffering from piles..
And if there is no piles then a sigmoidoscopy will be required to establish the cause..
Your breathlessness is due to the blood loss leading to low hemoglobin levels...
Get a CBC done and see if you need a blood transfusion..
