What Is The Cause Of Bump On Right Side Of Lip?

The tiny white bump appeared above my lip on the R side. In 2010 I had such a bump on my left side, that turned our to be basel cell, removed through MOHS. Could this be a reoccurrence on the other side of the lip? I have an appt. to get it checked at the derm this week, but wondering the options.

Hi,

In my opinion probably it is recurrence of basal cell .Other diagnosis can be bacterial infection,hepers ,drug allergy etc.
