What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

my husband had a stent fitted following a heart attack 9 years ago, he has been symptom free since (he's on medication), the last few months he's struggled sleeping, feels sick every morning and has lost his appetite, he eats, but only because he knows he needs to, over the last few days he's started to have chest pains. We've been under alot of stress recently. Any idea what this could be? thanks
