See..... According to description of your work, u might be suffering from
constipation or other gastric problem, u r working almost 8 hrs in sitting position so that ur digestion may not in good condition..... So dat due to
indigestion, u might feel such pain,
nausea etc..... M giving u some routine tips..... 1.Drink luke warm water before u go to sleep n sudden at wake up
2.walk atleast 10 mins after having your meal
3.drink a sip of of water in between ur meal
4.eat fibre vegetables more in ur food
5.instead of working 8 hrs in sitting position, walk a while frequently during ur work.....
See there are so many good herbal medicines to treat such problems bt if u are able to change ur routine this way, u might not need medicines..... Because ur routine will definitely leads to improve ur digestive system....
