What Is The Cause Of Chills With Weakness And Vomiting?

I ate dinner about 5pm, at aprox 11 pm I began having diareah countless times and vomited more than I ever have in my life. I got the chills really bad and got really weak, also my hands went numb for about an hour. I was able to fall asleep finally for about 3 hours when I woke I definetly felt better, but stomach was quezzy feeling for the rest of the day and had diareah a few more times throughout the day. Did I get food poisoning?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having diarrhoea, vomiting following having food.
These symptoms indicate gastroenteritis because of food poisoning as a result of infection. The treatment is by using antibiotics, antiemetics and antidiarrhoea drugs. Maintainence of adequate hydration by good intake of fluids is very important to prevent any further complications.
