What Is The Cause Of Chronic Pain In The Legs, Arms And Chest With Palpitations, Nausea And Dizziness ?
Hi...I am having chronic pain in my legs, mostly my left side...the way I would describe it? It feels like I am constantly dehydrated, which is not the case at all...I also have some pains in my arms, and chest - experiencing heart palipitations quite regularly...I am nauseous, and dizzy...the pain in my leg(s) is becoming unbearable...should I be concerned? I am 44, female in very good physical shape, not overweight and I eat a very balanced diet...

Hi...you should immediately get a Doppler ultrasound of your legs to rule out Deep vein thrombosis..you must be travelling a lot in flights which requires prolonged sitting...start wearing tight elastic stockings on your legs...if there are visible tortuous veins on your legs it can be varicose veins too.get an ECHO and Chest X ray too to rule out any cardio pulmonary involvement

Your symptoms are suggestive of aortic disease - mostly of atherosclerotic origin.
As pain is getting worse in leg; look for discoloration,severe pain on movement. If it occurs, consult physician immediately.
Even-though you are not overweight; consult doctor and rule out heart disease.
Also it can be disc problem but pain will be radiating from lower back. Palpitations , dizziness will be absent.
