What Is The Cause Of Constant Pain In Ear?

For the last nine months I have been having a constant pain, which feels as if there is a lot of pressure behind my ear drum. My throat also feels soar. i have been five times to my physician and he did not find any infection in my ear or throat. However, it is a constant nagging pain and I would really like to know what causes it.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if you have not been to ENT then you need to see the ENT to rule out the possibility of wax impaction, if you physician's finding is correct he did not fins any infection neither the wax inside your ear then I would treat this case if ever had chance as your physician, with the following medicines
1) Tab Chlorpheniramine maleate three times in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
have steam inhalation three times in day this condition may due to the Eustachian tube block, drink more water, take care and have nice day.
