I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Delay in periods can be due to pregnancy or overweight or low body weight, Stress, PCOS, Thyroid problems or few other causes.
I advice you to , - Do serum beta HCG test to rule out pregnancy - Check Hemoglobin levels - Thyroid function test. - Do YOGA & stress management - Nutritious diet rich in protein & iron - Consult a gynaecologist for further assistance if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
