clear discharge comes from my nipple from time to time. I am 27 years old. married so you know I am sexually actvie,
However I am also under a lot of stress, I don't know if I am pregnant, But can stress cause this, and how can I tell if it is a pregnancy consern?

A clear discharge either milky or serous in nature you have not mentioned.
1. milky discharge in a sexually active female may occur due to condition known as Galactorrhoea. Occur predominantly due to dysregulation of certain hormones like prolactin or thyroid hormone, excessive stimulation, intake of drugs like Methyldopa, antipsychotics, opiates, PPIs and also under stress conditions.
2. A serous discharge may occur due to some conditions of breast like fibrocystic disease, Mammary dysplasia, Intraductal hyperplasia, papilloma.
To know about pregnancy do urine pregnancy kit test, do meditation for relief of stress. Consult a surgeon for physical examination and further evaluation through FNAC, mammography .
