What Is The Cause Of Dizziness After Having Stopped Xanax?

I stopped taking my xanax XR 1 mg which is fine but I also lost my citalopram and the first day or two was fine and here lately I ve been getting super light headed and dizzy, I was just curious if that was normal for serotonin withdrawals or something of the sort?

Hi, Welcome to health care magic forum.
As you said, it might be due to the withdrawal of the xanax 1mg, or citalopram due to sudden withdrawal .
I advise you to taper both the drugs with your doctors advise and then stop xanax, then slowly stop the cetalopram.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
