What Is The Cause Of Dizziness, Nosebleeds And Headaches Despite Keeping Oneself Hydrated?

Hello, My name is Emily, my boyfriend is currently suffering from frequent headaches along with nose bleeds and dizziness, he keeps hydrated and rests frequently, we are both unsure of what it is that is happening, his veins have started to pulse too now when this is happening. He is 17, about 5ft 7 and around 9 and a half stone, any suggestions? Thank you!

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Headache, nose bleed and dizziness and that too frequent certainly needs investigations. He should get a CT scan of the head done and also a USG of the abdomen done.
There could be plenty of reasons for such a presentation but dry nose and migraine are the common differentials.
