What Is The Cause Of Dizziness, Sore Throat, Paleness And Tiredness?
I ve had awful smelling gas for over a week, pain after I finish urinating (not during but I have a strong ammonia), pain in my lower abdomen,Urinary dribbling and frequent urination, a hard spot near my overies (I think), Dizziness, sore throat, tired and very pale. I should note that I had urethral diverticulectomy 2 years ago.

You are probably suffering from urinary tract infection. Get a urine microscopy done and send me the reports. Drink plenty of water.
