What Is The Cause Of Dizziness With Shivers?

My 11 yr old felt a little dizzy right before he passed out woke up on the floor and then was shivering for like 15 minutes then felt completely fine shoul I be concerned and run to the doctor tonite or can it wait for a regular appt tomorrow morning

No. If he his normal without any fever or shivering or fits, then he may not need any emergency consultation.
But you should consult your treating doctor tomorrow morning and need through investigation to rule out any seizure disorder.
