What Is The Cause Of Dizziness,blurred Vision And Headache?

I have been getting dizzy, blurred vision sometimes with a headaches and sometimes not Sometimes I feel faint. This have been going on for a long time. Checked my blood pressure, usually it s ok. Have had many test done, nothing. What can be wrong with me?

Thank you for your question on HCM!

Your symptoms may be related to orthostatic hypotension.

I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination and a head up tilt test (which is the best test for the diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension).

Some blood lab tests (complete blood count, fasting glucose, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes) would help exclude other secondary causes.

A cervical spine X ray study would be necessary to exclude possible cervical spine degenerations, which could cause dizziness and headaches.
A Doppler ultrasound of the cervical vessels is necessary to study the blood flow to the brain and exclude possible arterial stenosis.
