What Is The Cause Of Ear Pain After The Tube Has Fallen Out?
Hi, I am 53 years old and am suffering from menniers disease. I had a tube inserted on my right ear 2 months ago and apparently the tube has fallen out but I am experiencing sudden sharp pains on my right ear, especially when i burp its worse. Please help.
The pain may be due to a perforation in your ear drum because of the tube and will come down within a week. However i would like you to meet your ent doctor for confirming this and further advice, Meanwhile you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg 1-2 times a day for the pain. Thanks
