ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

The pain may be due to a perforation in your ear drum because of the tube and will come down within a week. However i would like you to meet your ent doctor for confirming this and further advice,
Meanwhile you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg 1-2 times a day for the pain.
Thanks
