What Is The Cause Of Elevated BP In One Having Hyper Secretion Of ADH Due To Posterior Pituitary Tumor ?
mr . gramaldi was previously diagnosed as having a posterior pituitary tumor that cause hyper secretion of ADH. he comes to the clinic regularly to have his blood pressure checked. would you expect his blood pressure to be chronically elevated or depressed? why?

Posterior pitutatry secretes two hormones Vasopressin and oxytocin,Vaspressin retains water and constricts blood vessels and cab be the reason of high blood pressure.So one can expect high blood pressure in this scenerio.
