What Is The Cause Of Excessive Hunger?

my niece has been unable to keep food down for 2 weeks even fluid is not tolerated very well. she had a car accident last year and since being discharged she as gradually got worse and worse untill at present although she is very hungry is unable to keep anything down.

Well come to HCM
Condition may not be due to the accident but this could be due to Hyperacidity
if I would be her Doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
