What Is The Cause Of Fatigue And Tiredness?

At times, my arms and shoulders feel fatigued. I do not loose the strength in my shoulders and arms, but they feel very tired. This feeling will last for many hours, and usually I need to "sleep it off". Does this wound like it is a stress related issue, or could it be something to be concerned about? Thanks.
