What Is The Cause Of Feeling Of An Electricity Going Through The Chest?

My husband has had a couple of episodes where he says that he feels funny and he describes his symptoms as electricity going through his chest and his right arm is weak, this only lasts for a few minutes then he is ok. He has recently had a serious sinus infection that went into his chest which left him with a bad cough which he thought he cracked a rib. Could this previous illness be associated with what he is feeling now?

Hi,
Yes, the previous illness with bad cough must have lead to extreme weakness,with vitamin B complex deficiency,leading to the symptom .
He has weakness of right hand- which needs exclusion of spondilitis.-which too has the same symptoms.
