What Is The Cause Of Fever,cough,shortness Of Breath,body Aches And Chills?

I have a 101.1 fever and climbing. The lower grade 99 temp have been going on for a few weeks. I have a non - productive cough, body aches and chills. I had a few headaches too. I have only vomited twice in a couple weeks, but I am a little nauseated. I have very pale white skin, and a little shortness of breath. I need to know if I need to go to the ER or my PCP tomorrow, and if you could give me some insight as to what I have?

I would come up with these possibilities for these symptoms ( dry cough, fever , headaches , chills , body aches, pale skin with breathless ), these includes.
1 Tuberculosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by C B C , E S R ( if very high > 70 mm 1st hour) X ray chest.Physical examination play very important in this type of cases.
2 Hepatitis may be the next reason so get in blood for Hepatitis, A B C E ( I would like to also advise blood for HIV as mild degree chills with pale skin whitish is an indication of anemia or HIV).
3 Typhoid fever may be the next reason so get in serology test for typhoid including Widal test.
Some times Urine infection and malaria ( resistant case) is also possible.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion
