What Is The Cause Of Headaches And Soreness After Injuring Head?

I fell and hit my head hardon door frame last night..A huge red indention mark appeared..this morning the redness is gone..but the pain is pretty bad..headache..sore when smile, talk & etc..it s located a few inches above my red side forehead above my eye....Im having just slowness,,,,,idk,,,,should i get looked at?

Hello,

Since you had no other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness, you should not be worried about anything serious. A headache is acceptable for a few days after hitting the head, paracetamol or ibuprofen should improve it.
