What Is The Cause Of Heaviness And Pressure In The Head With Throat Irritation ?

Hi doctor... I had fever and body aches on last two days. took paracetamol and fever gone, but now i feel head heaviness and pressure , feels like something stuck in throat. I used to get headaches though very rarely especially when i sit under fan after taking my bath, and goes off after i sneeze two or three times. Two to three days ago, i washed my face with ice water and the next day fever started.
