What Is The Cause Of Heaviness From Head To Toe On My Left Side?

I wake up after bad dream at night then I feel heaviness on my left side from head to toe and then feel sleepy next day , all day , I have depression and getting pill for that , I appreciate any advise , Thank you .

Headache, tiredness, bad dream, feeling sleepy and anxiety symptoms are part of depression. In that case, you should need higher dose of effexor upto 150mg. You can also try low dose benzodiazepine to get sound sleep at night. Better to consult your psychiatrist for proper management.
