Hello and welcome to healthcare forum.
Your elevated blood pressure has strong association with high cortisol. The condition you are having is known as cushing's syndrome.
Its other effects are weight gain, excessive hair growth all over the body, high blood sugar, muscle weakness etc.
There are various causes of elevated cortisol, so in treatment part step wise each cause has to ruled out.
Best of luck.
