What Is The Cause Of Irregular Period, Tiredness And Mood Swings?

I have irregular periods and last month my period never started. I usually start late in the month and its now in the middle of month 2 and I am getting pink discharge. I'm tired, my calves are super tight, and Im super moody. Ive been having uprotected sex with my boyfriend for the last year. I took a preg test but it says negative. whats wrong with me! help please!
