What Is The Cause Of Irregular Period?

I dont get regular periods.i have also consulted a doctor and she prescribed me some hormonal tests and ulta sonography and the reports were all normal.she prescribed me some medecines and after that I got my periods last month on 14th.bt this month again I m not having my periods.is it normal??
