What Is The Cause Of Itching And Pain In Hand,and Appearance Of A White Pulsating Dot On Hand?

My 13 year old and I were just watching tv and she complained that her hand is itchy and painful. There was a small white dot that looks like it is pulsating. Over a matter of just a few minutes it seems to be getting larger and has a darker spot in the center.

Can I have a picture of your daughter's hand? That can help me assist her better.

If the white dot has become enlarged and has a darker spot in center, it might be related to a possible hair follicle infection. However, further physical evaluation by dermatologist is needed.
