What Is The Cause Of Milky Discharge With A Fishy Smell And Lower Back Pain During 30 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi my name is hollie im 30weeks pregnant i have bin getting allot of discharge its like a milky colour and has a fishy smell? and i have been getting allot of lower back pain with groin and leg pain on my rite side and my bump feels heavyer and my bowls are loser please help thank u.

Hello and welcome.

A milky discharge along with a fishy odour from the genitalia indicates a possible bacterial vaginosis infection and so I would recommend a visit to your doctors for a urine analysis, physical examination and vaginal swab test for confirmation of the infection and treatment accordingly.
