What Is The Cause Of Muscular Pain?

Hello. ifeel minor muscle pain every day but sometimes it acts up worse. then when i get my time of the month it becomes unbarable i end up in my bed curled up. this time when i felt sick i was unable to hold my food ( feeling sick is another symptom ) and have been throwing up what i eat for two days now. my throat is swollen and was bleeding a litttle bit.
