Hi I'm Kimberly and I'm experiencing nausea, fatigue and tightness in my upper abdomen area. Is it possible I could be pregnant? I have a four year old but these symptoms are none like I had with my first child. I'm due to come on my cycle within the 3rd and the 8th
Nausea, fatigue and tightness in my upper abdomen may not be symptoms of pregnancy. Gastritis, appendicitis or myocardial infarction are some of the main causes to be ruled out. Antacids should be taken. You may require an abdominal ultrasound and ECG to rule out abdominal and cardiac causes.
