What Is The Cause Of Nausea, Lower Back Pain, Dizziness And Excessive Hunger In A Diabetic Person?

I had sex a lttle under 4 weeks ago around my ovulation time, I am regular so regular that I can set a watch by it, this month I was 2 days late then I got my period one extremely heavy day then light, very light, bleeding. In the mean time for almost 3 weeks and still continuing I have had nausea, lower back pain, dizzyness and extreme hunger and thirsty, I am also type 2 diabetes. I am trying to conceive but I thought that we had sex too early last month so I did not think about it till I was 2 days late then in the middle of the night I got my period, not usual for me and I track my period so I know that every 30 days I am on time.
