What Is The Cause Of Neck And Head Feeling Tired And Not Able To Sleep?

my neck and head feels tired and weird i cant sleep my Dr. gave me gabapentin,aspirin,levothyroxine,fenofibrate,carvedilol,
I am taking fenofibrate134mg, aspirin81mg ,omeprazole 20mg right now but not sure about carvedilol3.125mg and gabapentin300mg wanted to do a second opinion .

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Carvedilol shouldn't be causing any such problems. Of course it is prudent to measure blood pressure and heart rate to be sure it's not lowering them too much, but I do not think that is the cause.
As for Gabapentin that can cause such symptoms, so if the symptoms started after starting Gabapentin its further use should be discussed with your doctor.
