What Is The Cause Of No Bleeding After Taking Medication?

Doctor my periods got late by 08 days and I did urine test which showed positive . I orally took one tablet of mifepristone ( 200mg ) on 30.12.2013 at 6 p.m and two tablets of mesoprostol on 31.12.2013 at 9 a.m .No bleeding occurred upto 9p.m and I again took two more tablets of mesoprostol at 9.p.m on the same day I.e 31.12.2013 and on 01.01.2014 at 8
a.m I found some blood on pad and when I urinate some jelly clotted blood passed on and from 8:30 onwards no bleed is occurring upto upto this time. Please advise me

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
You used MTP abortion pills.
Bleeding will depends on week of pregnancy.
If pregnancy is very early, mild normal bleeding is occur.
You found some blood on pad and some jelly clotted blood passed that is aborted tissue.
Minor bleeding and cramps will come and remain up to 4-6 days

But you should consult the gynecologist and should check for incomplete abortion by USG and pelvic examination.

Take following advice after using abortion pills:
Proper rest
Tablet meftal spas
Tablet globac-Z
Healthy diet with adequate vitamin and mineral supplements
Relaxation and stretching exercise
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pineapple
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Use safer sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
Choose your contraception method.
Also check for foul smelling vaginal discharge for infection.
