Hello doctor am not good in English am 24 I don't have any ejection on night sleep my friends told me that a healthy man will have that night fall but am not masterbating 2weeks now but I don't have any nightfall is that aney problem what should I do for that

it is not a problem
it is one of the our body functions

semen production occur in scrotum through out 24 hour and store inside it

now what hapen who is not doing sex or who is not doing masturbation than it needs to out from scrotum because it has limited capisity to store

so in night ,when we are in dreams ,in early morning there is penile erection and that time it comes out

so it is normal phenomena

when u starting masturbation or sex u will not have this problems

masturbation will decrees it from from stored

so feel free and enjoy
