What Is The Cause Of Pain And The Lymph Nodes Swells Whenever Eat Something?
.hello I have a huge chunk from the bottom of my tongue taking off and it still chillin at the bottom of my tongueand it is very painful I can t eat anything also have a lymph node is swelled up everytime I try to eat my throat doesn t hurt but everytime I try to eat something my lymph nodes swell sup and I can t chew on things
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. The swelling in the floor of the mouth while eating is not the lymphnode. it is the salivary gland. This occurs whenever there is obstruction in the salivary gland duct secondary to a stone. Whenever you eat something, the salivary gland will get stimulated and secretes saliva but because of the obstruction the salivary gland will get swollen. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a cross sectional radiograph done to confirm the diagnosis. If there is a stone, then it has to be removed surgically. I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
