What Is The Cause Of Pain Around Lower Left Side That Spreads To Back And Stomach On Left Side ?
I've had side pain around my lower left side and now spread to my back and kind of upper back and my stomach on my left side. Maybe something is ruptured, not sure. The pain is tolerable to a certain point but ive been smoking marijuana for 2 years and have had this pain for about the same but it got much worse today and spread

Hi,
there are two possibilities. Either pancreatitis or mesenteric vascular thrombosis.
You need to get a CT and a abdominal doppler examination done to determine the exact cause.
