What Is The Cause Of Pain Behind Ear And Eye?

I have a sharp pain behind my right ear at the base of my skull, when I roll my head It feels like a muscle of something is there and there is a crackling sound the pain is traveling into my right eye as well could this just be a headache or more serious?

Hi. It looks to be entrapped nerve in the muscle spasm. A Doctor's consultation is a must as there can be a serious underlying problem. Apply hot fomentation, take Ibuprofen if this suits. Apply a rubrefacient cream to ease on a spam and pain.
