I have gone through your history the symptoms which you have narrated may be due to Mastoiditits, sinusitis ,infection of the ear and infection of the tube connecting ear and throat..
I would like to advise
1.Oral Antibiotics
2.Decongestant
3.Antihistamine
4. Chewing gums
5. Analgesics
