My name is pramod 28yr old and when i slept and after 12 or 1 PM back side se dard hota hai or tab tak rehta hai jab tak mein jagta hoon dheere dheere chest mein hota hai & front pasli mein or day mein kuch nhi hota hai at night pasli or chest dawane par bhi dard hota hai kindly reply
