What Is The Cause Of Pain In The Nipples And Bloating In A Teen ?

dear doctor,i am 18 yr old..me and my boyfriend played on 20th jan but we didnt had any sex,i got my last period 2 weeks late which ended in 3 days with some brown discharge ..now its one month over since i got my periods..my nipples are paining and hurting a lot from this morning..my breast in fine but only nipples hurting.is this sign of period nearing or that i am pregnant?? i feel like my stomach bloating but my weight is not increased.plz reply why my nipples hurting me

Hi welcome to H.C.M.FORUM.the pain could be due to infection due to handling or others. previous period is late and dark, suggests infection and anaemia, needs treatment. doubt of pregnancy can be excluded by home pregnancy test. thank you.
