What Is The Cause Of Painful Bump On Back Of Head?

Hi I m concerned I have a dime sized bump on the back of my head that is hard and it hurts and I feel very tired lately I noticed this bump before but is was much smaller and now it is bigger it hurts , I have been taking citral for a bone fracture I have with my foot can these be causing it? Please help thank u
