What Is The Cause Of Painful White Spots On Tonsils?
I have both of my tonsils swollen with white spots on both and on one of the little holes of my right tonsil I have something really swollen looks black with white spots and really painful. What can this be. I had a strep throat test and it was negative. I am currently taking omnicef 2 times a day

Hi ,As per your clinical history it appears as you are having Acute follicular Tonsilitis.
In this condition , holes in tonsils get filled with pus like material presenting as white spots.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination , Vit C for 5 days & contine omnicef .
