What Is The Cause Of Painless Pus-filled Lump Under Upper Lip?

I ama smoker and 24 of age been smoking since I was 9 and I have lost all my teeth except my tops and bottom fronts and I have been getting this painless pus lump under my upper lip its kind of purple and keeps coming and going for the past couple months what could it be.
