What Is The Cause Of Peeling Off Of Skin?

Hi, Iam nearly 35 yrs old and my fingers have been peeling quite badly for about a week. The skin on my fingertips wrinkles up and gets even worse after touching or being in water. Both my palms and fingers had a tingling sensation for a few days aswell as a few small red looking like warts or blisters on them. What may be the cause and treatment?
