hi i fell of a high step and twisted my foot. it was very painful as i heard a crack. i though i sprained it but it has been 6 weeks now and the swelling has not gone down i had xrays done and it is showing a bone out of place in the left foot the ankle is swollen. i am seeing a specialist soon. what could be the cause am 44 years of age and 5 4
