What Is The Cause Of Pinching Sensation In Clitorisis?

I have pain in my back around my kidneys, the back of my neck hurts, and a pinching pain in my clitoris. I have been on cipro for the last 7 seven days (puss in urine) but still have some chills. I was checked for HIV, syphilis, gonorehea and clymedia. Could this be more of a kidney infection than an STD which I don't know what else to be checked for. Thank you
