What Is The Cause Of Pins And Needles Feeling In My Belly Button When Pregnant?

I am 36 weeks pregnant. Earlier I had a pins and needles feeling all over my belly. It was uncomfortable and sometimes hurt badly. My entire back also ached. Heat did help some, but the pain never went away. My entire belly has been constantly staying hard as a rock.

Usually these mild pains are not a matter of concern as it is usual phenomenon during pregnancy but if not in tolerable limit, an oil massage can help a lot. This pricking pain in the umbilical area may be a spectrum of the same pregnancy related ailment so will be relieved soon but still u can get an upper abdomen ultrasound to rule out any pathology.
